Vestfyens Bryggeri is seeking a strong Business Controller who wants to help shape the future financial foundation of a company with a long history, strong brands like Jolly and Willemoes, and solid backing from the international Olvi Group.

Vestfyen is currently undergoing an extensive turnaround, shifting focus from low‑margin private label to profitable own brands, stronger processes and data‑driven decision‑making. As Business Controller, you will be a central contributor on this journey and function as a sparring partner for the CFO, production, and commercial department. You will drive controlling across the entire value chain and create the foundation for better decisions, higher profitability, and more accurate forecasts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operations and commercial controlling across brewery, logistics, and sales

• Variance analysis at SKU, channel, and customer level

• Profitability analysis (gross profit, net sales, ABC)

• COGS, OPEX, and cost‑saving analyses

• Supporting sales forecasting, pipeline, and pricing decisions

• Reporting and maintenance of BI dashboards

• Contributing to governance, internal control, and data integrity

You have 3–5 years of experience within business controlling - preferably from a production, process, or project‑oriented company. In addition, you bring strong analytical skills and experience with variance/ABC analyses. You have solid business understanding and a desire to work closely with both operations and commercial teams.

You have a structured working style and natural curiosity for data. You get energy from challenging, optimising, and improving processes and can communicate clearly to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders is essential.
