As part of KIRKBI Business Services, you will help shape a coordinated and value-driven AI capability across the KIRKBI ecosystem.

The opportunity

In this newly established role, you will take ownership of the AI agenda within KIRKBI Business Services and work closely with stakeholders across the wider KIRKBI ecosystem. You will define direction, establish governance, build a prioritised AI portfolio, and ensure AI becomes a practical and valuable part of everyday work.

Inspired by KIRKBI's purpose of enabling children to learn, grow, and develop through play, you will help foster an environment where experimentation, curiosity, and continuous learning drive responsible AI adoption across the organisation.

Success will be measured through adoption, value creation, and responsible use of AI.

Key responsibilities

· Shape and maintain a value-driven AI portfolio that supports strategic priorities across the KIRKBI ecosystem and enables long-term impact.

· Lead AI initiatives from exploration and experimentation through implementation, adoption, and measurable value creation.

· Foster a culture of curiosity, learning, and knowledge sharing by building AI capabilities and promoting best practices across the organisation.

· Build strong partnerships with external technology and AI providers to accelerate innovation and strengthen organisational capabilities.

· Measure adoption, business impact, and value realisation, ensuring AI delivers meaningful outcomes for the organisation and its stakeholders.

· Establish governance frameworks, standards, and principles that ensure responsible, ethical, and scalable use of AI.

The position is based at the KIRKBI office in Billund.

Who are you?

You have a relevant educational background at Bachelor's or Master's level within IT, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.

Ideally, you bring 5+ years of experience within digital and technology-driven transformation. Thus, you bring proven experience driving AI, data, or digital initiatives from idea to value in a multi-entity or matrix organisation. You may come from either a consultancy environment or a larger corporate organisation, where you have succeeded in consolidating initiatives into a coherent portfolio.

· Have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage large audiences.

· Are able to translate complex topics into clear, relevant, and actionable insights for diverse stakeholder groups.

· Have solid experience with adoption, organizational change management, and user enablement.

· Embrace an experimental and iterative approach to learning through testing, building, refining, and improving collaboratively.

· Are naturally curious and collaborative, asking questions before making assumptions.
