As CFO, you will hold overall responsibility for Finance and Business Development and act as a key partner for the CEO, the Executive Management Team, the Board of Directors and Lars Larsen Group. Your role is central in ensuring financial transparency, strong governance, and high‑quality reporting across all markets, supporting BOLIA’s international growth and long‑term development.
You will lead and develop the finance organisation, strengthening the continued profitable growth and financial performance for BOLIA based on the BOLIA company values and within a long‑term ownership structure.
Your primary responsibilities:
Lead Finance and Business Development, ensuring strong financial management and governance across the organisation
Act as a supportive and strategic sparring partner to the CEO, board, and Lars Larsen Group
Secure accurate and timely reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Strengthening financial processes, digitalization, and BI/reporting structures
Drive risk management, cost efficiency, and cross‑functional performance initiatives
Oversee external financial partnerships such as banks, auditors, and insurance
Developing and leading motivated and high-performing teams within Finance and Business Development based on the BOLIA company values
Sharing know-how, developing training material and creating a supportive and people centric business culture
You hold a relevant educational background within finance or economics (e.g. cand.merc.aud, cand.merc.fir, cand.oecon) and substantial leadership experience from a senior finance role such as CFO, Group Finance Director, or VP Finance. You bring deep experience within financial reporting, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and digital finance processes. You have worked in international or multi‑entity organisations and bring a solid understanding of a multi-channel operation and customer experience.
As a person, you are analytical, structured and commercially oriented. You communicate clearly, thrive in a dynamic environment, and balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You build strong teams, foster collaboration, and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
