As CMO, you will have the overall responsibility for BOLIA’s global brand, marketing, e‑commerce, and customer experience agenda. As part of the Executive Management Team, you will work closely with the CEO, the Board of Directors, and the rest of the organisation to develop and execute a clear, data‑driven and brand‑consistent marketing strategy that strengthens BOLIA’s international position.
You will lead a diverse and highly skilled marketing organisation, covering brand, communication, retail marketing, digital, CRM, content, and creative development. Your role will be central in driving global brand performance, supporting market expansion, and ensuring a seamless, inspiring and consistent customer journey across all channels.
Your primary responsibilities:
Lead the global marketing, brand, digital, and customer experience agenda
Drive development and execution of BOLIA’s international marketing strategy
Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent communication across all markets
Strengthening digital performance across e‑commerce, CRM, media and UX
Oversee global campaign development, media planning and creative direction
Enhance data utilisation, insights and performance tracking across marketing
Support retail and wholesale partners with scalable brand and marketing concepts
Lead and develop a high‑performing international marketing organization
You hold a relevant master’s degree within marketing, branding, communication, or a related field - combined with substantial leadership experience from an international consumer, retail or lifestyle brand. You bring a strong understanding of modern marketing disciplines, including brand positioning, digital performance, multi‑channel strategies, customer insights, and creative development.
You are both strategic and hands‑on, able to set a clear direction while working closely with teams to ensure high‑quality execution. You communicate clearly, work collaboratively across functions and can translate creative ideas into commercial impact. You thrive in a dynamic, international environment and bring a strong blend of creativity, analytical thinking and business understanding.
