Do you want to play a key role in driving the commercial growth journey in one of Denmark’s largest breweries. Are you motivated by negotiation, relationship building, and developing key customers? If so, you may be Vestfyen’s new Key Account Manager.
Vestfyen is currently undergoing an extensive turnaround, shifting focus from low‑margin private-label products to profitable own brands, establishing new ways to the market and stronger processes and data‑driven decision‑making.
As Key Account Manager, On‑trade, you will step into a role where you shape how Bryggeriet Vestfyen’s brands grow and thrive in the Danish hospitality and foodservice landscape. You will become the driving force that strengthens existing partnerships while opening new doors and creating long-term commercial opportunities.
Your work will span both strategic planning and hands‑on execution: developing customer relationships, negotiating agreements, identifying untapped potential, and ensuring that campaigns, launches, and category initiatives create real market impact.
You will play an important part in refining the company’s route‑to‑market strategy, ensuring that Vestfyen’s diverse portfolio achieves the visibility and distribution it deserves.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Drive growth across the On‑trade segment by expanding assortment, distribution, overall market presence, and proactively generating new business opportunities.
Build strong, trust‑based relationships with key decision makers and develop long‑term customer plans.
Lead annual negotiations on pricing, promotions, assortment and commercial terms, securing permanent listings where possible.
Ensure effective execution of campaigns, product launches and category initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
Analyze sales data, market trends and performance to identify new business opportunities and strengthen profitability.
Manage a proactive commercial pipeline and convert new opportunities into sustainable customer partnerships.
The primary workplace will be in Assens, and the role offers a hybrid setup with high flexibility.
You are a commercially minded Key Account Manager who knows how to build strong customer partnerships and deliver results in a dynamic FMCG and on‑trade environment.
You have experience in driving Key Accounts, negotiating agreements, and working analytically with data and market insights.
You work proactively, stay structured even when things move fast, and take ownership of your accounts from start to finish. As a strong communicator and collaborator, you build trust with both customers and colleagues — and you are motivated by contributing to a company in transformation with ambitious goals.
