Commercial Analyst – Pricing & Commercial Excellence
Join an international growth company where insight, execution and innovation go hand in hand
Actona Group is on an ambitious commercial transformation journey – strengthening its ability to execute, integrate, and scale across the business. To support this, Actona is expanding the Pricing & Commercial Excellence team and is looking for a Commercial Analyst who can support commercial projects, analysis and strategic planning.
In this role, you will combine project coordination with hands-on commercial analytics to support commercial management and the sales organisation. You will help drive commercial initiatives that meaningfully improve how Actona goes to market and ensure initiatives are implemented and continuously followed up on.
Key responsibilities include:
Project management and coordination of commercial initiatives and transformation activities
Regular follow-up on commercial performance, including post-mortems and impact tracking
Identify top-performing and underperforming products and customers, and perform gap analyses on revenue and margin versus targets
Support Sales Directors and management with Excel-based analyses and decision material for leadership
Pricing operations and governance, including analysis and approval of special offers, price cases and campaigns
Success in the role means that you effectively drive and coordinate commercial initiatives across functions and locations, deliver value-adding analyses that help Sales focus and prioritize, and become the go-to person for pricing and campaign approvals.
You enjoy turning data into action and thrive in a role where you coordinate initiatives across stakeholders. You may already have a couple of years of experience from consulting or an in-house role – or you are a strong graduate with relevant student experience. Most importantly, you are structured, curious, and motivated by supporting commercial decision-making.
You hold a relevant Master’s degree (e.g., engineering, mathematics, economics, business, finance or similar) and have high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken, and you communicate insights clearly to different audiences.
Actona’s culture is defined by three core values: Acceleration, Customer-Centricity and Trust. They believe in responsibility, collaboration and continuous improvement – and offer a work environment where people are encouraged to challenge, learn, and grow. You will get to work closely with decision-makers, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help shape how data is used across a global organization.
