Transformation & People Analyst

Actona Group is strengthening its strategic transformation function and is seeking a Transformation & People Analyst to support enhanced transparency, structured execution, and data-driven insights across the organization. This role is well-suited for candidates who are motivated by enabling informed decision-making, developing robust analytical frameworks, and collaborating closely with leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As Transformation & People Analyst, you will support Actona Group’s overall transformation agenda. Your role is to ensure performance tracking, structured execution, and analytical insights that support strategic decisions. You will work closely with the VP Transformation & People, senior leadership, Finance (FP&A) and initiative owners across the business.
Primary responsibilities:
Tracking progress on strategic and transformation initiatives and ensuring clear, timely follow-up across the business.
Developing and maintaining KPI frameworks and dashboards that support performance transparency and decision-making.
Delivering high quality analysis on strategic priorities, including business cases, scenario modelling and executive insights.
Preparing decision material and structured reporting for senior leadership
Identifying and driving improvements that simplify workflows, automate reporting and enhance data quality.
You hold a relevant master’s degree within business, finance, economics, or a business oriented engineering field, and you bring 1–3 years of experience from analytical or transformation roles. Additionally, you have a solid foundation in data driven analysis, reporting, and performance tracking, and you are used to preparing material for management and senior leadership
You are a structured and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a cross functional setting and easily navigates collaboration across different parts of the organization. With strong communication skills in both Danish and English, you are able to convey complex information clearly and effectively to a wide range of stakeholders. You build trust through a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and contribute with clarity, consistency, and a strong sense of ownership. Your ability to balance analytical precision with stakeholder engagement makes you a valued partner in driving business insights and supporting informed decision making.

Location: Holstebro.
Travel: Approximately 25 days per year within the region
