A trusted and vital role

As COO, you will have overall responsibility for strengthening and optimizing the company’s production and supply chain across all manufacturing sites. The role includes leading operational teams, optimizing processes and financial performance, ensuring compliance and quality, and implementing strategic initiatives that support growth and resilience in an international setup.

You will also be responsible for developing the group’s procurement function with effective structures, processes, and policies that ensure risk mitigation and cost optimization.

Furthermore, you will lead the standardization and optimization of production processes across factories to ensure efficient capacity utilization and alignment with customer requirements for quality, delivery, and flexibility.

You will continuously explore opportunities for establishing production in new regions, prepare decision-making materials, and lead the setup of new production sites.

Finally, you will contribute to strengthening collaboration within the management team and support the development of customer solutions through insights from operations and production. Travel to company sites, suppliers, and customers should be expected.

You are the right candidate if you…

• Have solid experience from a senior role in an international manufacturing company, where you have ensured stable, efficient, and high-quality production as well as effective capacity utilization in a growth-oriented multi-site setup.
• Possess strong competencies in building and developing procurement, logistics, and supplier management – optimizing the entire supply chain.
• Have experience with change management, standardization, and process optimization, and preferably knowledge of LEAN, automation, and digitalization.
• Have sound financial understanding and experience with cost optimization, budget management, and ROI.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Are a mature and inclusive leader who can inspire motivation and followership across the organization.
• Identify with the values of an owner-led company and are motivated to contribute with dedication and focus.
