Haarslev operates sales and service units and manufacturing sites in Denmark, Spain, Brazil, Germany, China, Mexico, the USA, Malaysia, New Zealand, India, and France. The group employs more than 800 people across multiple countries.
We are looking for an HR Business Partner for Haarslev Group Operations, which includes Global Engineering, Global Sourcing & Purchase, and Operations in Denmark and China, with approximately 500 employees in total.

Take Ownership of HR in Global Operations
You will hold a key position in the organization, acting as a business partner for management and ensuring a stable operational foundation, as well as an effective organization with well-qualified and motivated employees.
Reporting to the COO (with a dotted line to the VP HR & Legal), your broad responsibilities will include:
- Driving the development and implementation of global HR processes
- Implementing and managing the leadership annual cycle
- Providing HR support and advisory services to both managers and employees
- Recruitment and talent development
- Handling and administering the employee lifecycle
- Leadership training and employee development
- HR reporting
You will be a key member of the HR team, working closely with four other international HR Business Partners and engaging in cross-organizational HR projects.
This position requires you to balance operational, tactical, and strategic tasks. Striking the right balance between development and execution is essential.
Experienced and Engaged Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about people and organizational development. You are ambitious, development-oriented, and motivated by supporting the business and contributing to individual growth.
With a mature and trustworthy presence, you naturally step into the role of a trusted advisor for management and employees on specific challenges and organizational development.
You quickly grasp business operations, understand strategic direction, and identify current challenges to translate insights into business-supporting HR initiatives. Additionally, you possess the following qualities:
- Thoughtful and execution-oriented
- Strong social skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to navigate all organizational levels
- International experience and a solid understanding of cultural differences
- Naturally curious and capable of inspiring and motivating colleagues
- Ability to drive change and handle challenges constructively and proactively
- Solution-oriented mindset with substantial experience in coaching and stakeholder involvement across the organization
- Experience working with both hourly and salaried employees
You have a relevant higher education background, a solid HR toolkit, and/or management and business experience from production/supply chain companies. You speak and write English at a high level, as it is the corporate language. Additionally, proficiency in Danish, Spanish, or German is an advantage.
