We are 63 employees in total in Data and Analytics and SAP Commercial and Logistic. We are looking for an experienced and competent Senior Director who will report directly to the SVP of Danish Crown’s Global IT; a department with more than 280 employees in 7 countries with a major footprint in Denmark and Poland.

In Global IT in Danish Crown, we are using a agile framework in a practical way with a close collaboration with the business.

The position – leading dedicated leaders

You will be playing an important part in developing and executing the overall IT strategy by securing successful insights in Data and Analytics and continuously developing the platform through upgrades, new services, and other improvements. New technologies in the form of Microsoft and AI opens new possibilities and the task is to realize business value with a practical and realistic approach.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure stabile and efficient operations of existing solutions.
• Continue to develop and improve the organisation.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions in close collaboration with the business.
• Balance the right level of sourcing internally and externally.
• Contract management and negotiations in respect to the responsible domain.
• Responsibility for the SAP activities in Sales and Logistics.
• Responsible for the Finances in the Domains

Your specific tasks and deliveries will be:

• Ongoing development and coaching of the leaders and teams
• Work closely with senior management to ensure effective and efficient delivery of solutions in data and analytics and SAP solutions in Sales and Logistics
• Prioritization and planning in close collaboration with the business
• Continue to upgrade, improve and deliver better solutions and services
• Develop and implement innovative solutions with the use of new technologies

Your background – proven leadership success

You have a relevant theoretical background and several years’ experience with similar positions and good results to show for it. Most importantly, you have a track record of extraordinary leadership.

You are intelligent, competent, analytical, have excellent communication and management skills, and you feel comfortable being a natural, influential, and charismatic leader.

Professional qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as Leader of Leaders in an IT department
• 5 years’ proven leadership from the Data and Analytic area
• Relevant bachelor’s or preferably master’s degree
• Experience from the food industry is beneficial but not a requirement
